The plugin, in detail

Try the 1003 the way your borrowers will.

Step through a working sample of the borrower application, then pick the license that fits your shop. Every completed application on a live site exports the filled official PDF, a FNM 3.2 file, and MISMO 3.4 XML.

A REST API and webhooks, so it fits your stack.

Every application can be pushed out the moment it is submitted, or pulled on your own schedule — connect it to Zapier, n8n, Make, your CRM, or your own scripts without touching WordPress.

Webhooks

Push on submit

Point the plugin at any HTTPS endpoint — a Zapier catch hook, an n8n webhook node, or your own service. Each delivery carries the application data plus signed links to the filled PDF, FNM 3.2, and MISMO 3.4 files, is signed with your shared secret, and is retried if your endpoint is down.

  • Events: application.started, application.submitted, files.ready
  • HMAC signature header for verification
  • Automatic retries with delivery log

REST API

Pull on demand

An authenticated REST API over the WordPress endpoint lets your LOS or automation platform list applications, read a single record, and download any of the three export files.

GET /wp-json/urla1003/v1/applications
GET  /wp-json/urla1003/v1/applications/{id}
GET /wp-json/urla1003/v1/applications/{id}/pdf
GET /wp-json/urla1003/v1/applications/{id}/fnm32
GET /wp-json/urla1003/v1/applications/{id}/mismo34

Authorization: Bearer <your API key>
Zapier

Catch the webhook, then create the lead in your CRM or notify the loan officer.

n8n

Self-hosted flows: drop the MISMO file on SFTP and post to Slack.

Anything else

Make, Power Automate, or a plain script — it is standard JSON over HTTPS.
